SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

If you are ready to make an appointment, please call us at 604-736-7878 between 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.

Our administrative staff will answer your questions, take your health history and make your appointment. We need to speak to you personally.

If English is not your first language, a friend can help you make your call. We will then book an interpreter for you, free of charge, when you come for your appointment.

It usually takes 10-15 minutes to book the appointment. Please be patient as our phone lines are often very busy. Monday is the busiest day of the week for the phone lines. Please have your BC Care Card number ready if you have one.

Before making an appointment, you need to have a pregnancy test done. A home test is acceptable but it is advisable for you to go to your doctor or medical clinic (walk-in or youth clinics) to get your pregnancy test. You don't need to see a doctor before making an appointment, but if you do see one, please give us that doctor or clinic's name when you make your appointment.

If you are not sure of your decision or need more information about abortion or other pregnancy options, we can schedule a counselling appointment for you free of charge.

To contact our clinic, call 604-736-7878 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Toll-free line: 1-877-736-7171. Please be patient; Mondays and lunch hour are the busiest times for the phone line.
